We are looking for a personable, motivated & licensed mental health therapist to join our thriving group practice. We are located in North Haven, conveniently between exits 11-12 on I-91. We offer both in-person and virtual therapy appointments. Our practice serves patients from various backgrounds and age groups. The position is for W2 employment. The employee will be provided with a private office, company email, and phone number.

Responsibilities do not include billing, referrals, insurance credentialing, or treatment materials.

We encourage applicants with specialties in Men's Issues, Women's Issues, Trauma (EMDR, IFS, SI, etc.), Play Therapy, or Christian Counseling. We also seek trained and motivated individuals willing to provide couples counseling or work with children 15 and under. Ideal candidates will possess:

• Provisionally Licensed or licensed eligible (LMSW, LMFTA, LPCA) in Connecticut
• A deep sense of compassion and self-awareness to understand how emotions and thoughts influence patient treatment
• Willingness to learn and adapt based on patient and practice needs
• A desire to develop skills to meet diverse patient needs
• Maintain a caseload of at least 21 patients (full-time) or 10 patients (part-time)
• Strong organizational skills for case notes management
• Ability to work well with a team and under supervision
• Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and emotional—with patients and leadership

Weekly supervision towards licensure will be provided. Flexible work-from-home options are available.
