• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices, including applied behavior analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
