Position:
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a salary range of $125k - $145k/year. FLSA:
Exempt.

Kettering, Ohio, with remote work options.

• participates in the integrated care team model patient behavioral health practices emphasize a team approach including physicians, PMHNPs, licensed clinical psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals to provide coordinated care.
• Customize care for each patient with autonomy to determine visit frequency and duration. Clinical work includes medication management and individual psychotherapy; clinicians may also perform family therapy, group therapy, and, when appropriate, psychological testing.
• Pick your own schedule with a focus on work/life balance. Typically Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM. No on-call responsibilities; you cover care for your own patients while back-office support handles billing, credentialing, and related tasks.
• Work from home or from a local office; OMH supports remote positions and helps identify the best fit based on skill set and geographic location.

• OMH is clinician-led with geographically dispersed Site Supervisors to support staff. Opportunities to advance to senior psychotherapist and/or site supervisor roles.

Licensure in Colorado and/or Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, with experience addressing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance misuse, and other psychiatric impairments under supervision of a consulting psychiatrist. New graduates are welcome. Preferred: successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s).
