Job Summary:

Working as a Menu Database Manager, you will interact with CBORD and other similar software, and work with patient dining, patient feeding, and patient experience. This remote position includes on-site support to Morrison Healthcare business as needed and requires 40-50% travel.

• Admin experience (building and maintaining databases) with 3rd party patient menu software (e.g., CBORD, Computrition, etc.).
• Webtrition menu building experience is helpful.
• Experience building and maintaining patient menus; not required to be an RD, but must have menu experience and have worked closely with clinical teams in previous roles.
• Patient Dining Operational experience in a hospital setting with patient dining, culinary, and clinical teams.
• Ability to work from home and travel 40%-50% (varies).
• Participates and attends departmental meetings, staff development, and professional programs as appropriate.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

• B.S. in Food Services Technology/Management, Dietetics or related field; or Associate’s Degree plus three years of directly related experience.
• Minimum of three years of acute care experience preferred, depending on formal degree or training.
• Knowledge and experience with CBORD, Computrition, or other 3rd party menu building software.
• One to three years of direct food service operational management experience, preferably in an acute care setting.
• Registered Dietitian, Registered Diet Technician or Certified Dietary Manager certificate preferred.
