Email: Our Location We are seeking a seasoned Client Services Manager with deep expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) business operations. The ideal candidate understands the unique components of an ABA practice, including BCBAs, RBTs, and supporting structures, and brings proven experience in high-growth healthcare environments.
This role requires a client-focused leader who can balance strategy and execution, adapt to agile client needs, and effectively coordinate with our captive India operations team to deliver exceptional results.

* * Travel Requirement:
** Occasional travel to client sites on a quarterly basis, as needed, along with periodic visits to company headquarters in Deerfield, IL.###
** Key Responsibilities*
* ● Act as the primary client-facing leader for ABA organizations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
● Develop and manage detailed agendas, structured meeting recaps, and follow-up actions to ensure alignment between clients and internal teams.
● Serve as the project manager between clients and operations, coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables across both U.S. and India-based teams.
● Apply in-depth knowledge of ABA operations (BCBA, RBT, scheduling, and clinical workflows) to guide clients in optimizing revenue cycle processes.
● Conduct and deliver Customer Business Reviews (CBRs), ensuring clients have a clear view of performance, progress against goals, and opportunities for improvement.
● Collaborate closely with the India operations team to manage ABA-specific workflows, resolve issues, and ensure continuous improvement.
● Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing analytical insights tailored to ABA practices to identify opportunities for optimization.
● Lead client escalations, resolve complex issues, and proactively identify opportunities for service and process enhancement.
● Build strong, long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for expansion within the ABA sector.###
** Qualifications*
* ● 7+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, with at least 3 years in client services or account management roles.
● Strong understanding of ABA practice structures and workflows, including BCBA and RBT roles.
● Proven success managing RCM for healthcare organizations, ideally within ABA and behavioral health.
● Experience working in or with high-growth, fast-paced healthcare organizations.
● Demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with offshore operations teams, preferably in India.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
● Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
● Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).###
