As a Collaborating Psychiatrist, you’ll literally transform and save lives by elevating our clinicians through mentorship, collaborating with our clinical team, and ensuring adherence to world‑class protocols.
- Serve as the collaborating/supervising physician for Mindbloom’s PMHNPs
- Review clinician audits and reports prepared by our team – you simply review and sign off (we do all the heavy‑lifting!)
- Conduct periodic case reviews and answer questions (minimal time commitment; our clinical leadership handles the day‑to‑day questions!)
- Provide mentorship and feedback to clinicians as needed
- Escalate issues to Mindbloom’s Clinical Director when needed

The estimated pay for this role is $300/Clinician/Month USD. The final compensation may differ based on your current level of job‑related skills and experience, location, licensure, and on market data changes. Consult with your Recruiter during any potential screening to determine a more targeted range based on the job‑related factors. We don’t ever want the pay range to act as a deterrent from you applying.
