Position SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and professional Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)/ Mid-tier Master's Level Clinician to join our growing team. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the BCaBA will assist in conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, training behavior technicians, and ensuring high-quality client services.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior therapists.
- Collect, review, and analyze data to ensure treatment integrity and progress toward goals.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other team members to support client success.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with organizational, ethical, and funding-source guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and supervision sessions.
- Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or a related field (with active BCaBA certification) and/or a Master’s degree in a related field and pursuing the BCaBA certification.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between service locations, if applicable.
