Nexus‑FACTS is excited to add a part‑time hybrid Community Based
Therapist for its new 180 Degrees partnership
! This is a hybrid, shelter-based position based at the Hope House Youth Shelter in Chanhassen
, MN with some work remotely at home.

Hope House opened in 2015. It is a six‑bed, short‑term emergency shelter for youth ages 14‑19 who are experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, homelessness. It is the only youth shelter located west of Highway 100 in the greater Twin Cities.

Why This Work Matters

180 Degrees' shelters support youth ages 12‑19 who are navigating trauma, crisis, and major life transitions. Stays are brief—often just 14‑30 days—but the impact can be life‑changing.
