Counselor; Telehealth​/Remote

Spero Health is seeking a licensed counselor or social worker to support our integrated team delivering counseling, case management, and medically assisted treatment in Western KY. This remote position supports multiple clinics and honors our mission of “Saving Lives, Instilling Hope and Restoring Relationships.”

Expected work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am – 5 pm CT.

• Conduct initial assessments and provide ongoing patient care.
• Provide evidence‑based counseling to patients.
• Offer patient education.
• Ensure accountability and program compliance through collaboration.
• Assist patients in setting realistic goals for freedom from addiction.
• Serve as a clinic resource and uphold HIPAA and CFR
  42 Part 2 regulations.

• Minimum:
  Master’s degree in a human services field (psychology, sociology, social work, family studies, etc.).
• Experience:
  
  At least 1 year full‑time employment or internship in a human‑services setting OR Master’s in behavioral science.
• License: CSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPCA, LMFT, LCADC.
