Clinical Director – Old Colony YMCA

The Old Colony Y Intensive Home Based Program is looking for a dynamic Clinical Director to join our IHB team. The Clinical Director will assist our consumers, staff, and Program Director in providing quality home and community based treatment interventions and support to youth and families referred by the Department of Mental Health Children’s Services who are experiencing mental health needs that impact their home and community relationships.

• Facilitate family team meetings and assist in on‑call responsibilities.
• Provide training, clinical supervision, and coaching to the staff team.
• Manage a small caseload when needed.
• Lead the team with intakes, orientation, maintain case records, and develop and implement treatment plans according to the highest professional standards.
• Advocate for youth and family empowerment, trauma‑informed care, and cultural humility.

• Master’s degree in the Human Services Field (Master’s in Social Work preferred) and a Clinical License.
• At least three years of experience working with youth and/or families in social service, mental health, or behavioral health settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer skills for data entry of treatment documents and emails.
• Flexibility to respond to staff and families in crisis within the community and in a fast‑paced work environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, automobile, and automobile insurance for daily work travel.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk during the work day.
