At Advanta Autism Care
, we know great ABA starts with great clinicians.

We’re looking for a BCBA who cares deeply about families and about doing ethical, high-quality work, without burning out in the process.

Here, you’re not just “covering cases.” You’re leading them with intention, supported by a team that actually understands what this work is like.

  • Create individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies.
  • Supervise and support RBTs with clear, practical guidance.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and other providers.
  • Monitor data, adjust programs, and protect treatment integrity.
  • Help train team members and contribute to a strong clinical culture.
  • Maintain documentation and uphold ethical and funding requirements.
What we offer
  • Salary: $85,000–$95,000/year, depending on experience.
  • Quarterly bonus potential.
  • Health insurance.
  • Paid time off, paid sick leave, and birthday PTO.
  • CEU stipend + paid attendance to the State ABA Conference.
  • Ongoing mentorship and real opportunities for clinical growth.
  • Solid admin support so you can focus on clinical work, not just paperwork.
  • A leadership team that respects your time, boundaries, and judgment.
Who you are
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to individualize programming.
  • Experience in home, school, and/or community-based ABA is a plus.
  • Reliable, responsive, and truly invested in client progress.

  • A sense of humor is very welcome here.
