Remote Part-Time BCBA - Senior Clinical Supervisor
Location: Remote
Hours: Part‑time, hourly
Pay: $40.00–$60.00 per hour (based on experience, education, and certification)
Building Connections Behavioral Health (BCBH) is seeking an experienced and compassionate Remote Part‑Time BCBA - Senior Clinical Supervisor to join our leadership team. At BCBH, we are committed to empowering individuals and families through evidence‑based behavioral services. Our collaborative team works across home, clinic, and school settings to help children build meaningful skills, independence, and confidence.
Responsibilities- Provide direct supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Clinical Supervisors and Behavior Interventionists.
- Conduct regular in‑person observations, consult logs, and skills assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized skill acquisition, social, and behavior support programs (FBAs, FAAs, BSPs, BIPs).
- Review and update client programs and data systems in Central Reach.
- Deliver monthly feedback and performance reviews (CSPRs) for assigned staff.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
- Draft comprehensive progress reports reflecting client strengths, challenges, and goals.
- Address and resolve clinical or interpersonal issues within teams or families.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and meet monthly billable hour requirements.
- Travel locally between client homes, schools, and clinics as needed.
- BCBA‑D or BCBA certification.
- Clear DOJ/FBI background check.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Completion and maintenance of all required certifications and training as directed by the organization.
- Minimum 3 years of experience providing behavioral services, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Experience working with children and adolescents with developmental or behavioral challenges.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella).
- Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis).
- Varicella (Chicken Pox).
- Hepatitis
B. - TB (within 4 years).
