- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored onboarding training plans for new hires and oversee mentoring
- Execute training programs using various methods including classroom training, demonstrations, and web-based learning
- Coordinate ongoing technical training and professional development for field medical and internal functions
- Conduct learning needs assessments for medical affairs functions to determine training priorities
- Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of learning programs, providing recommendations for improvement
- Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences with 12+ years of experience in Medical Affairs or clinical practice in relevant areas, or equivalent combinations of education and experience
- 3+ years of industry medical affairs experience in healthcare professional-facing roles or 3+ years of clinical/medical affairs experience in related therapeutic areas
- Current knowledge of legal, regulatory, and compliance regulations relevant to industry interactions with healthcare professionals
- Proven ability to develop strategic plans and effectively communicate across various levels of leadership
- Ability to travel up to 40%
- Experience in curriculum development and application of adult learning principles
- Prior experience in education outcome assessment
