Espree is a clinician-led, multispecialty group providing high-quality evidence-based behavioral health services for neurodivergent individuals and their families. We specialize in developmental conditions such as autism, ADHD, and IDD across the lifespan.

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team, working primarily with children in community and home-based services. The RBT will implement individualized behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children develop important social, communication, and learning skills. This role is ideal for someone who is fun and enthusiastic about making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for children, ensuring their well-being at all times.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA and provide one-on-one support to children in preschool and home settings.
  • Collect accurate and timely data on the child’s progress and behavior during each session.
  • Assist in the development of social, communication, and adaptive skills in young children using evidence-based practices and strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively with parents, caregivers, and educators to provide consistent support and to address any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Attend regular training and supervision sessions to enhance skills and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Document session activities and timely progress notes in a clear and professional manner.
  • Train assistant behavior technicians and manage schedules for team and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-years of experience in applied behavior analysis with children.
  • Certification or willingness to obtain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in varying environments.
  • Must be patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping children achieve their developmental goals.
  • Current CPR, First Aid, CPI, and Article 9 certification or willingness to obtain.
