Job SummaryOhana Behavioral Group Inc. is a rapidly growing company that provides opportunities and flexibility to work and grow! We seek self‑motivated individuals to oversee behavior teams and guide case managers, families, and behavior therapists toward positive change. As a BCBA, you are responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health disorders, and other behavioral challenges.
You will work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure effective treatment and support.

Key Responsibilities- Conducting Functional Behavioral Assessment, including Functional Analysis:
Collecting and analyzing client behavior data to identify areas of concern and develop intervention plans. - Design Behavior Treatment Plans:
Creating tailored plans with specific, measurable goals and strategies for achieving those goals. - Including knowing and conducting skills assessments such as the Vineland 3, AFLS, VB‑MAPP.
- Implementing and Monitoring Treatment Plans:
Working with the care team to ensure consistent implementation and monitoring progress over time. - Training and Supervision:
Providing training and supervision to other behavior analysts, therapists, and caregivers. Including ensuring your team is meeting timelines and following company policy and procedures. - Maintain minimum billable hours dependent on status (full‑time versus part‑time).
- Ensuring timely completion of reports and documentation (e.g., weekly progress notes).
- Professional Development:
Staying current with research and best practices in behavior analysis. - Ethics and Professional Conduct:
Adhering to a strict code of ethics, maintaining client confidentiality, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Education:
Master’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field. - Certification:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. - Experience:
Previous experience in behavior analysis or related field is preferred. - Skills:
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to pass a background check.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Excellent written and spoken communication.
- Excellent time management skills (e.g., allocating billable versus non‑billable hours).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a team player attitude.
- Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism and utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis.
