RD Nutrition Consultants (RDNC) is seeking a compassionate and detail‑oriented Registered Dietitian (RD) to provide nutrition services for a residential behavioral treatment environment serving youth with complex medical, developmental, and behavioral needs. This is a low‑hour, highly flexible hybrid position ideal for an RD seeking meaningful clinical work in a supportive, multidisciplinary setting.

You will deliver individualized assessments, follow‑ups, and nutrition education while collaborating closely with nursing and clinical teams. Most hours can be completed remotely, with one onsite visit per month as part of the hybrid model.

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and follow‑ups using evidence‑based practice
• Develop and document individualized nutritional goals, plans, and interventions
• Provide nutrition education to patients, families, and staff as appropriate
• Communicate nutrition‑related concerns or status changes to nursing and the medical team
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with facility policies
• Adhere to all client policies including confidentiality, HIPAA, patient rights, and safety guidelines
• Perform additional nutrition‑related duties as assigned

• Active Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required
• Experience in pediatric, behavioral health, residential treatment, or clinical settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable supporting complex medical and behavioral populations
• Ability to independently manage schedule, documentation, and follow‑up
• Reliable transportation for required onsite visits (1× per month)
