- 26219 [Medical Office Assistant / Scheduler] As a Medical Billing Customer Support Specialist at Rotech Healthcare Inc., you'll:
Provide support to the Support Center customers (patients, referral sources and employees) by performing tasks related to patient care and third party reimbursement;
Be responsible for new order intake to encompass accuracy with clinical, billing and care related information and processing;
Collect co-pays and deductible amounts;
Conduct insurance verification & eligibility for services/products;
Prepare complete & accurate files for Billing Department.
