Yes

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence‑based approaches.
• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, groups, or families with a wide range of presenting concerns.
• Maintain timely and confidential clinical documentation, including diagnostic assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Uphold ethical standards and foster a safe, inclusive space for all clients.

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Licensed as an LMFT, LPCC, LP, or LICSW in Minnesota – additional licensure in Wisconsin is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and clinical judgment.
• Comfort with diverse populations and a passion for inclusive care.

Starting Pay: $75,000 – $90,000 per year (Master's Level clinicians, based on hours and experience). Actual compensation may vary as determined by licensure, education, experience, skill set, FT/PT status, and schedule.
