Senior E-Billing Specialist - Remote

• Prepare LEDES files for submission to clients via e-billing systems and troubleshoot errors
• Review final invoices for accuracy and compliance with clients’ billing guidelines
• Monitor invoice validations, approvals, and resolve any issues with reduced or rejected invoices
• Provide technical support and customer service regarding e-billing processes
• Collaborate with the collections team to reconcile accounts

• Minimum of five years’ experience with legal e-billing
• Proficiency with major e-billing systems such as Legal Tracker and Counsel Link
• Intermediate Excel skills, including vLookup and Pivot Tables
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Experience with eBilling Hub and Elite 3E
• Familiarity with minor e-billing systems
• AA or BA degree
