Brightree, a wholly owned subsidiary of Res Med, leads in cloud‑based patient management software and supports home‑ and facility‑based providers through its Residential Care Software.

With a minimum of 2 years of home infusion billing and accounts receivable experience, you will be a key player in ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement for home infusion services, navigating complex billing, claims, and compliance.

• Managing billing procedures
• Resolving complex claims
• Staying abreast of regulatory changes to maintain compliance
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes and optimize revenue outcomes
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to achieve service and sales goals

• Minimum of 2 years of home infusion billing experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience maintaining HIPAA standards
• Proficient in Microsoft products (Excel, Word)
• Strong motivation in billing, claims, and document management
• Effective communication skills and problem‑solving abilities
• High school diploma required (equivalent education and experience considered)
• Broad knowledge of relevant routines and procedures
• Proven track record of working towards and exceeding metrics

Individual pay is based on experience and location, with a current base range of $16.48–$24.72 per hour. Remote positions outside the US receive comparable compensation based on qualifications and location.
