Requirements

The Advance Practice Providers (NP or PA) we seek are those who have directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice and primary care. The NP/PA who wants to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.

Qualifications:

• Licensed as a NP/PA in the State where Harmony Cares Medical Group office located
• Federal DEA License/eligibility
• Geriatric training/experience preferred
• Active CPR/BLS Certification
