Therapists who are energized by the opportunity to do meaningful work without the burnout. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, creative, and authentic environment. We're especially looking for folks who bring humor, compassion, and flexibility into their clinical practice.

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation
• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client sessions per week (for full-time)
• Provide excellent care to clients of all ages—especially children, teens, and families
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with teammates and local providers to ensure continuity of care
• Attend regular team meetings and trainings
• Option to provide clinical supervision for pre-licensed therapists

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, PsyD, LPC, or LSW)
• Active Illinois licensure (or in progress)
• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical notes
• Comfort working with children, adolescents, and teens
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Proficiency with basic technology and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Ability to pass a background check

• Existing client base or strong community ties
• Experience with couples and families
• Familiarity with insurance billing and mental health documentation
