• Host webinar training sessions for multiple customer stakeholders, providing consultancy to new and existing customers
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers during the onboarding process, typically lasting 60-90 days
• Manage overall onboarding projects, ensuring timely delivery and coordination of tasks such as data migration and consulting sessions
• Respond promptly to inbound communications and identify priority issues
• Support the creation of learning content for ongoing digital learning initiatives

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Nursing, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Healthcare Tech, specifically in onboarding/implementation or customer success
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
• Project Management experience is a strong plus

• Experience with Salesforce, Taskray, and Churn Zero or similar tools
• A bedside-like manner to effectively support customers through their first-time experiences
