Licensed Clinical Therapist - Outpatient Services; Columbia or Remote

• Provide individual, group, family, and other counseling services to meet client treatment goals
• Complete intake, screening, and comprehensive assessments within designated time frames
• Develop and document personalized treatment plans based on client assessments
• Participate in clinical staffing and treatment meetings to discuss pertinent cases
• Handle crisis situations and coordinate emergency services as needed

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states
• Comfortable providing telehealth services to clients
• Expertise in diagnostic criteria for mental health and substance use disorders

• Knowledge of caseload management and rehabilitation methods related to mental health treatment
• Experience in providing clinical supervision or training to individuals in training
• Familiarity with legal requirements and court procedures related to mental health treatment
