We currently have an opportunity for a Psychiatrist with an active Missouri license for a 100% telepsychiatry position. This position is part‑time (24 hours/week) and will allow you to provide services remotely for patients accessing care from a Community Mental Health Clinic. Patient population is ages 18+.

• Provide a full range of psychiatric services to assigned patients, including assessment, evaluation, screening, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Analyze and evaluate patient data and test findings to diagnose the nature and extent of behavioral health disorder.
• Direct and/or implement psychotherapeutic treatments and prescribe medication to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders.
• Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, social workers, psychiatric nurses, or other professionals to discuss treatment plans and progress.
• Examine or order laboratory tests to provide information on general physical condition and mental disorders.
• Participate in treatment team activities to include the development and periodic review of treatment plans and to take the necessary steps when an individual refuses treatment.

• Clinicians must have an active state license.
• 1‑3 years of experience since obtaining license.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with technology.
• Strong communication skills.
• Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred.

• 100% remote position.
• Required to have a private office space in home or elsewhere for confidentiality.
• Will likely be required to work with Array to obtain additional state licensure and DEA licenses. Array will support that process and cover the costs and/or reimburse for out‑of‑pocket expenses.

• Pay range: $137 - $151 per hour. Final offer based on your skills, experience, education, and licenses.
