Wound Ostomy RN – Home Health, Providence Home Services – Oregon
Schedule:
Full Time/Days – Supports Hillsboro, Newburg, Tigard and surrounding areas
As a Wound Ostomy RN, you will be accountable for direct and indirect quality care of patients of all ages, meeting individualized needs through the nursing process and adhering to the Nurse Practice Act. You will accept professional development as an integral part of nursing practice.

- Bachelor's Degree – Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Completion of an accredited course in Wound, Ostomy and Continence
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- Certification as an Enterostomal Therapist by the Wound Ostomy and Continence Nursing Certification Board within 90 days of hire
- 2 years of nursing experience
- 1 year of home care experience (either prior to or upon certification as ET)
