• Plan, manage, and complete upgrades of DVT Pumps within assigned regions
• Coordinate upgrade schedules with internal teams and hospital stakeholders
• Track movement of DVT Pumps to ensure timely delivery and installation
• Educate hospital staff on the technical features of DVT pumps
• Maintain positive relationships with key decision‑makers to promote customer loyalty

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Must be able to travel overnight 90% of the time
• Minimum of 3 years in Sales or Advanced Customer Service experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Experience in a Clinical/Medical setting is a plus
• Prior experience managing projects, programs, or implementations
