Responsibilities:
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans.
- Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with the team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
- Prepare and submit individual documentation per company guidelines.
- Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week (Full-Time).
- Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical meetings/trainings.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and effective communication skills.
- Comfort working with diverse client concerns and passing a background check.
- Demonstrate stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.

- Experience in mental health practice, insurance network credentials, multilingual proficiency, specialty area.
