• Competitive compensation: $75,000–$85,000 per year

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience carrying a caseload and meeting billable service targets
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in program development, moderate‑to‑severe problem behavior management, and service delivery settings
• Management of a caseload and supervision of a clinical team while maintaining quality standards
• Ongoing client progress monitoring, assessment, parent training, and data‑driven treatment adjustments
• Feedback provision to the Clinical Care Team on supervision, treatment development, and implementation
• Comprehensive assessments for tailored ABA programs
• Completion of behavior health treatment plan reports for caseloads
• Participation in team meetings, trainings, continual education, and professional development opportunities
