Compliance Consultant

• Coordinate and execute the seven elements of an effective compliance program
• Advise and draft policies and procedures in alignment with compliance standards
• Develop training and education materials for compliance and privacy program activities
• Monitor and audit compliance risks, investigating reported compliance violations
• Collaborate with the compliance officer and management team on compliance-related initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a regulatory or compliance role
• Familiarity with regulatory/compliance programs and processes
• Healthcare experience is required
• Experience in privacy and security program management

• Knowledge of Milliman or Inter Qual care guidelines
• Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Ability to work with varying levels of leadership
