Spring Health is a comprehensive mental health solution for employers and health plans, using clinically validated technology called Precision Mental Healthcare to deliver personalized care—whether that’s meditation, coaching, therapy, medication, and more.

If you decide to join our network you’ll have the opportunity to earn a sign‑on incentive of $250 once you are active and offering in‑person availability on our platform.

We are seeking qualified therapists to join our clinical team and deliver care with a tech‑enabled, AI‑driven platform that prioritizes patient outcomes. Providers should be open to offering in‑person and/or telehealth services in a local, state, or nationwide capacity, depending on licensure.

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide psychotherapy to clients with benefits ranging from short‑term goal‑focused EAP to employer health plans allowing many sessions as medically necessary.
  • Treat adults who have completed brief, evidence‑based online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern.
  • Preferably, also be open to treating additional populations such as children, adolescents, couples, or families.
  • Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and complete session documentation in a timely manner within our EHR.
  • Use evidence‑based treatment modalities and interventions tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team, licensed clinical care navigation team, and administrative care support team whenever you need assistance.
  • Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding our values of diversity and inclusion for all races, ethnicities, and genders.
Who You Are:
  • You have an unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in at least one state and ideally multiple states (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, etc.). We are not able to accept applications from anyone requiring licensed supervision.
  • Minimum 3 years of total experience within mental health and a dedicated office space for in‑person therapy if you choose to provide those services.
  • You’re comfortable with technology, managing an online calendar, completing notes, reviewing case files, and delivering therapy via Zoom.
  • You have training and experience in evidence‑based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
  • You are comfortable providing safety planning and intervention during higher‑risk situations.
  • You are committed to quality clinical care and want to expand your capabilities; you thrive both independently and with the support of a team.

Reimbursement ranges from $70 to $150 per hour depending on licensure, appointment medium, specialties, experience, and location. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by several factors including internal pay equity.
