LCSW - Clinical Manager– Adolescent Behavioral Health Program

Annandale, NJ | $125,000–$130,000 + Full Benefits + Generous PTO + RELOCATION OFFERED FOR RIGHT CANDIDATE

We’re hiring a Clinical Manager to lead our adolescent behavioral health program (ages 13–17). This is a key leadership role for a warm, collaborative, and skilled clinician who can balance high-quality care with day-to-day operational oversight. If you’re an LCSW with strong supervisory experience and a passion for adolescent mental health, we want to meet you.

• Start each day at 8:30 AM, review schedules, ensure clinical groups are accurate
• Lead daily team huddles and keep program flow running smoothly
• Hold a manageable caseload and provide crisis intervention when needed
• Oversee case management, treatment coordination, and frequent family updates
• Supervise 3 clinicians plus therapeutic staff; run regular team meetings
• Participate in state audits, Q&A sessions, and compliance reviews
• Maintain high standards of documentation and clinical quality using Kipu
• Support a collaborative culture and make sound decisions to solve problems quickly

• LCSW required
• Supervisory credential (CCS, LC, or ACS) preferred
• MSW required; 3+ years of experience in behavioral health
• Strong background with adolescents (13–17)
• Skilled in crisis intervention, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
• Tech‑savvy (Zoom, EHR systems) with strong organizational and communication skills
• Warm, approachable, and able to hold boundaries while supporting team cohesion
