• Lead large‑scale strategic projects, managing various initiatives with confidence

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–4 years of experience leading highly complex, strategic projects with an enterprise scope
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of advanced project management concepts and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Passion for mentoring team members and equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge
• PMP certification required within 3 years of hire (or equivalent project management certification)

• Experience working in a healthcare setting or with healthcare‑related projects
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels
• Familiarity with project management software and tools
