Sr​/Care Manager, Patient Support Services – Remote

• Perform outbound calls to obtain necessary information and document accurately
• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with pharmacy-related services
• Maintain professionalism while providing efficient, courteous, and friendly service
• Contact insurance companies for benefit investigations and coverage eligibility
• Assist patients with the enrollment process for copay assistance programs

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Minimum one year of experience in medical billing, reimbursement, insurance verification, or related medical office experience
• Previous data entry experience (minimum three months) with a typing speed of 30 wpm+
• Must be computer savvy, including navigating multiple applications and using Microsoft Suite programs
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Previous experience in Patient Support Services (Hub)
• Customer service experience in the healthcare field
• Bilingual proficiency
