• Perform secondary reviews of invoices generated by Contract Representatives to ensure quality and accuracy
• Train Contract Representatives according to departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Conduct quality assurance checks and provide coaching and feedback as necessary
• Serve as a secondary contact for all assigned customers
• Maintain accurate records related to invoices, billing, follow-up, and reporting

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum of one year experience in medical billing; knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations preferred
• Strong understanding of ambulance billing and CMS DRG/PPS guidelines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office applications

• Associate degree or technical certification in medical billing
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Experience building relationships with internal and external customers
• Familiarity with information systems security policies and procedures
• Typing speed of 45 wpm and proficiency in 10-key by touch
