As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll oversee neurodiversity‑affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You’ll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

Dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing, allowing more time for clinical care.
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
- Current BCBA (Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required.
- Transdisciplinary Approach:
Holistic, multidisciplinary model of care including occupational therapy, speech pathology, pediatrics, and more. - Focus on
Collaboration:
