Your Role and Impact

As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll oversee neurodiversity‑affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You’ll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

    Average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload.
  • Uncapped Bonus Potential:
    Opportunity to earn more by increasing billable hours, on your own pace.
  • Growth and Advancement:
    Advance through BCBA levels I–IV; at levels III and IV, productivity targets are reduced to 22, allowing focus on leadership and broader interests.

    Full control over when and where you supervise your cases.
  • Administrative Support:
    Dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing, allowing more time for clinical care.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
  • Current BCBA (Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required.
