Peer Support Specialist - Fully Remote in Farmington, Mexico

• Engage with callers over the phone, connecting with individuals in need of support
• Build rapport and foster client engagement while providing necessary resources or information
• Remain calm and professional while multitasking and supporting callers
• Work collaboratively with other Peer Support Specialists in a structured environment
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and commitment to personal recovery

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certification as a Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or equivalent
• Accepted certifications include CFPSW, CPSW, and CWF or equivalent
• Current experience as a peer, with a willingness to acquire necessary certification in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Availability to work holidays and weekends, with a primary schedule from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM Mountain Time (MT)

• Experience in crisis intervention or peer support services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a distraction-free environment
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices
