• Provide peer support to callers over the phone, connecting and engaging with individuals in need
• Build rapport and foster client engagement through active listening and support
• Offer available resources and information tailored to callers' needs
• Maintain professionalism and calmness while multitasking during calls
• Collaborate with peers in a structured environment through ongoing meetings and training

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certification as a Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or Equivalent
• Accepted certifications include CFPSW, CPSW, and CWF or Equivalent
• Current experience as a peer and willingness to obtain certification in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance in a distraction‑free office space

• Experience in crisis intervention or peer support services
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse populations
• Familiarity with mental health resources and support services
