Job Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to residents, focusing on their nutritional needs and well-being.
• Collaborate with other dietitians and the facility clinical team to deliver personalized nutrition plans and ensure the highest level of care.
• Complete necessary clinical assessments, chart in the EMR system, and attend meetings to discuss resident care and progress.
• Conduct meal rounds as needed, perform sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with Verification Statement.
• State licensure as required by state.
• Strong communication skills, effective teamwork, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
