Liberty Healthcare is now accepting applications for a Psychologist position. This key role is part of the forensic mental health program serving adults who are justice‑involved and experiencing mental illness.

The program provides rapid mental health services to people in need, facilitating early access to treatment, eliminating barriers, and efficiently restoring people to competency. Services are delivered to individuals who are detained at several county jails throughout California.

• Assess clients and conduct competency evaluations
• Write summary reports
• Collaborate with team members
• Participate in meetings and case conferences

• Licensed Psychologist in the state of California
• Training in Forensic Psychology and/or experience evaluating individuals for competency is helpful but not required
• Flexible part‑time schedules and as‑needed work opportunities
• Hybrid position: primarily work from home with occasional visits to county jails
• Hourly pay $60.00–$75.00, depending on experience
