• Execute data analysis of trends and strategic opportunities for quality improvement across the employer’s value‑based care portfolio
• Support ad‑hoc reporting and data analysis requests for field teams, particularly related to Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP)
• Develop a strong understanding of payer‑specific quality programs and partner with subject matter experts to support performance measures
• Conduct assessments to identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality performance improvement
• Collaborate with field teams to track key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to risk, quality, and affordability

• Bachelor’s degree in health services administration, health policy, mathematics/statistics, information technology, or other relevant fields
• 1+ years of relevant work and/or internship experience
• Experience using Google Sheets or Excel for data management, including basic formulas and pivot tables
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to the employer’s mission of serving primary care providers and their patients

• Experience using Tableau or other data management software
• Comfortable tackling ambiguous problems with a high degree of autonomy
• Highly organized and proactive in addressing clarity, prioritization, and blockers
