• Provide compassionate care and support to residents, focusing on their nutritional needs and well‑being.
• Collaborate with other dietitians and the facility clinical team to deliver personalized nutrition plans and ensure the highest level of care.
• Complete clinical assessments, chart within the EMR system, and attend meetings to discuss resident care and progress.
• Conduct meal rounds as needed, complete sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards.

• Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with a verification statement.
• State licensure as required by the work location.
• Strong communication skills, effective teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.
