Help us ensure that our Springfield District Office-serving communities in parts of Windham and Windsor counties-is a healthy place to live, learn, work, and play. We are seeking a Public Health Nurse Supervisor to oversee community-level immunization and infectious disease prevention efforts, with a strong focus on advancing health equity. This role includes supervision of program staff.

We are committed to building and maintaining a multicultural and diverse workforce that reflects the populations we serve.

The Public Health Nurse Supervisor plans, supervises, coordinates, and evaluates the work of staff engaged in the full scope of professional public health nursing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading community and population-based interventions
  • Overseeing licensed care management services
  • Guiding data collection, analysis, and program planning
  • Directing outreach, health promotion activities, and prevention strategies
  • Supporting efforts to mitigate disease and foster healthy lifestyles
  • Performing related duties as assigned

This position reports directly to the District Director and serves as a key member of the Springfield District leadership team. We pride ourselves on providing a supportive, professionally engaging, and healthy work environment.
Starting salary may be negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
