- Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sales and customer service objectives
- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on CRM products and solutions
- Perform checks/interrogations of all CRM medical device systems and provide troubleshooting support
- Manage patient registration, consignment inventory, and daily coverage logistics
- Collaborate with sales representatives to identify customer needs and assist with obtaining purchase orders
- High School Diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or related fields utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing
-OR- - Associate’s Degree plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience
-OR- - Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to travel frequently to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings
- Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational levels
- Expertise with Microsoft tools and applications, including
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
