We are seeking licensed professionals to provide remote, as‑needed clinical and behavioral consultation services. This flexible contract opportunity is ideal for experienced clinicians who want to contribute their expertise in a collaborative, person-centered environment while working remotely.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LBA)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

$80–$90 per hour

• Conduct remote functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop or review Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
• Provide clinical oversight, case consultation, and staff training.
• Support person-centered planning and documentation in compliance with DBHDS, BACB, and HCBS standards.
• Offer telehealth-based behavioral consultation or counseling sessions (LCSW role).
• Participate in virtual team meetings and case reviews as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics and HIPAA requirements.

• Active Virginia license as a BCBA/LBA or LCSW (required).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing behavioral or therapeutic services.
• Knowledge of positive behavior supports and person-centered practices.
• Experience with telehealth or remote service delivery preferred.
• Strong communication, clinical documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage caseload responsibilities on a flexible schedule.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (or another language common to the families served, such as Farsi, Pashto, Amharic or Arabic).
• Experience providing services to children and adolescents with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
• Familiarity with DBHDS regulations and HCBS compliance standards.
• Prior experience with telehealth delivery, electronic documentation, or remote team collaboration.
• Strong commitment to person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care.
