• Develop and execute the Health Plan’s Community Reinvestment and In Lieu of Service billing strategies in collaboration with leadership
• Plan, coordinate, and attend meetings with key stakeholders in assigned communities
• Serve as a subject matter expert to implement health-related social needs and health equity programs
• Build and maintain relationships with key providers, community-based organizations, and healthcare facilities
• Research state policy and develop programs that comply with community reinvestment and billing requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in business development, community relations, or healthcare-related activities
• Proven ability in relationship building and cross-sector collaboration
• Familiarity with Community Health Needs Assessment, Quality Improvement, and Health Equity concepts
• Knowledge of In Lieu of Service (ILOS) policy and claims billing processes
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• Master’s Degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or Healthcare Administration
