Bright Star Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to deliver in-home therapy to clients of all ages. This is a Per-Diem, work from home, flexible hours role. You’ll support patients recovering from illness, injury, or developmental delays by helping them regain their ability to communicate and swallow safely.

Responsibilities:

Provide in-home speech and language therapy

Create personalized care plans based on evaluations

Treat speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders

Document progress in our secure EMR system

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members

Educate families on exercises and strategies for success

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist

1+ years of experience (home health preferred)

CCC-SLP from ASHA (preferred)

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
