- Prepare LEDES files for submission to clients via e-billing systems and troubleshoot any errors
- Review final invoices for accuracy, ensuring compliance with clients’ billing guidelines
- Monitor invoice validations, approvals, and resolve any reduced or rejected invoices
- Provide technical support and customer service to billing attorneys regarding e-billing processes
- Collaborate with the collections team to reconcile accounts and track approved timekeepers and rates
- Minimum of five years of experience with legal e-billing
- Intermediate Excel skills (vLookup and Pivot Tables)
- Proficient in Outlook and Adobe Pro
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a cohesive team environment
- Experience with eBilling Hub and Elite 3E
- Familiarity with minor e-billing systems
- AA or BA degree preferred
