This is a contract hybrid role for a Prescriber/Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Psych

NP), based in Greenwich, CT, with some remote work flexibility. The professional in this position will be responsible for providing medication management, evaluating patient progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team on personalized treatment plans. Their role will also involve prescribing medications and providing support to enhance patient outcomes through evidence‑based interventions.

• Expertise in medication management, including prescribing and monitoring psychiatric medications
• Experience in patient assessment and diagnosing mental health conditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide patient education
• Ability to interpret and utilize data from advanced diagnostic tools like EEG in treatment planning
• Knowledge of evidence‑based therapies and treatments such as TMS and cognitive remediation.
• License to practice as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the state of Connecticut and New York preferred.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or related field with psychiatric training
• Experience in brain health‑focused practices is a plus
• Strong commitment to compassionate and patient‑centered care
