- Prepare LEDES files for submission to clients via e-billing systems and troubleshoot any errors
- Review final invoices for accuracy and compliance with clients’ billing guidelines
- Monitor invoice validations, approvals, and resolve reduced or rejected invoices
- Provide technical support and customer service regarding e-billing processes to attorneys and staff
- Collaborate with the collections team to reconcile accounts
- Minimum of five years’ experience with legal e-billing
- Experience with major e-billing systems such as Legal Tracker, Counsel
GO, and others - Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including vLookup and Pivot Tables
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with eBilling Hub and Elite 3E
- Familiarity with minor e-billing systems
- AA or BA degree
